We stayed at Rathna residency for 4 days. This is very close to the US consulate. The room was spacious and neat. The hospitality is highly appreciable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, especially Mr. Dhanraj at the reception and Priscilla, who manages the restaurant. The complementary breakfast items were delicious. Since the food was really tasty, we also had lunch and dinner from Rathna on all four days of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and a memorable stay. I will definitely recommend Rathna residency to all my friends and family who visit Chennai.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. It’s equally near to both Chennai VAC and embassy. Best hotel to stay for US visa applicants. We requested for early check in. The hotel management was kind enough to assign us a room 2 hours early than check in time. Management, staff, room service were all super good and kind.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my parents during 2nd week of October. I was initially skeptical considering the place is new but I’m glad I made a reservation at this hotel . I only have appreciation for the service that was given to us. The rooms are spacious and are well maintained . The restaurant serves really nice food (which I didn’t expect to be honest) . The complementary breakfast is not to be missed . The people at the restaurant are very patient and sweet!! The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful - they helped us get a cab & rickshaw for our biometric & visa interview . This place is quite close to both the biometric centre & the interview place. Overall I would recommend this to everyone that’s looking for a nice stay at a decent area in Chennai with really nice service .

Wonderful experience be it the rooms , location or accommodating staff members. Hotel manager was very helpful and friendly, gave us tips and suggestions for exploring.The location is also very feasible to most tourists attractions and the US visa embassy is also in walking distance. Would totally recommend anyone to stay , great for family of 3 we have a triple deluxe room and it was very spacious.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Behaviour of staffs are awesome.. Restaurant atmosphere is very clean and taste of food and quality of food is worth for money... Restuarant manager priskilla is very friendly and trained person and treating like family members... I strongly recommend Rathna Residency for staying at Chennai.

Perfect stay. Great staff and great room services. Worth the price. We came for the US visa appointment. The receptionist Dhanraj was very helpful and kind. The complementary breakfast was delicious; staff was nice.

The best place ever. We were stuck here during cyclone, when the whole city has drowned, they took a very good care of us patiently by feeding us complementary all 3 meals. Hospitality was excellent the staff was friendly especially the food manager Priscilla and the front desk people. Overall I would rate 10/10

Excellent stay! I was here for only one night, but this was an incredibly welcoming, clean, and comforting stay. Also in a prime location! The receptionists/management were helpful in answering all my questions and helped me arrange transport to the airport last minute. Food is delicious - I had breakfast here and their array of dishes was great. Service is prompt too, and friendly. Highly recommend!
